Ingredients:
- 1 vati Rava
- 25g Mango Powder
- 1 vati Sugar
- 1/4 vati Ghee
- 2.5 vati Water
Directions:
- Boil water.
- Simultaneously, roast rava in another pan with ghee.
- Once the lava turns golden and aromatic, and the boiling water to it.
- Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and stir. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
- Add mango powder and stir thoroughly.
- Cover pan with a lid.
- After 2 minutes, add some ghee and garnish with fried nuts of your choice.
- Serve hot!
