Alphonso Mango Sheera

Ingredients:

  • 1 vati Rava 
  • 25g Mango Powder 
  • 1 vati Sugar
  • 1/4 vati Ghee 
  • 2.5 vati Water

Directions: 

  1. Boil water.
  2. Simultaneously, roast rava in another pan with ghee. 
  3. Once the lava turns golden and aromatic, and the boiling water to it.
  4. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes. 
  5. Add sugar and stir. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes. 
  6. Add mango powder and stir thoroughly. 
  7. Cover pan with a lid. 
  8. After 2 minutes, add some ghee and garnish with fried nuts of your choice. 
  9. Serve hot!
