Alphonso Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 250g Dahi 
  • 25g Mango Powder
  • 10 tsp sugar
  • Water - if needed

Direction:

  1. Make a mango puree from the powder. Powder : Water ratio = 1 : 3. Mix water with the powder and beat with a small whisk. Make sure that the puree is smooth and without any lumps. Transfer to large bowl.
  2. Add curd and sugar to a mixer and grind it till the sugar has combined completely with the curd. If needed, add some water to make the lassi less thicker. 
  3. Pour the curd mixture into the mango puree. Mix with a hand whisk till it gets a uniform light-yellow colour. 
  4. Chill in the refrigerate before serving.
