How To Use

Dry & Direct
If you are baking or your recipe involves heating processed use the powder in its dry form.

For uniform mixing, you can pass the powder through a sieve to ensure that there are no lumps left.

Make a Puree!
If your recipe is made using liquids (milk, creams, etc.), and is at cool/cold temperatures, make a puree with our alphonso mango powder.

Recommended proportions:
1:3 or 1:2 (powder to water ratio)

  1. Make sure there are no lumps; pass the powder through a sieve if needed.
  2. Stir with a fork, or whisk with a hand whisk.
  3. Blend in a mixer for a finer, fluffier puree.


P.S. Lumps are not bad! It is just the pure alphonso mango coming together due to it’s natural sweetness. And since we made a promise to keep additives like starch & preservatives away from our products, let’s shake a lil!
